depressing new year December 31, 2007

what a great ending for year 2007 and a great start for year 2008. very very depressing! i do not know it is my problem or the problem is just there that i didn’t notice earlier *sigh* lets begin with 30 of december in 2007, second last day of year 2007. came back to utm on that faithful day. thought of going back early so that i can get my things out of the store room and unpack everything *dream* all my stuff is in the store room but the store room will not be open until 9.30am on 31 december 2007 *wtf!* great! that is just so great! i have nothing with me! no toothbrush, no bedsheet, no shampoo, no toothpaste, no selipar and etc……. basically is i do not have anything except what i brought back with me that day and that would be a jeans, 1 set of normal clothing, 1 set of undergarments, a towel and my laptop. how did i survive my day? luckily i have roommate. she lend me her bedsheet and also her clothes. i just borrowed stuff from the others until i got my stuff out of the store room on monday. how depressing can that be? more over my first class was on monday 8am until 7pm *dead* haha! luckily i survived it.
anyway, the worst part is NO HOLIDAY ON NEW YEAR! *wtf!* you read that? NO HOLIDAY ON 1 JANUARY 2008! i have lived in malaysia for 20 and a half year and this is my first time i heard there is no holiday in new year’s day. i have class from 8am until 7pm! so "happy" on my new year’s day. what i did on new year’s eve? class, unpack stuff, watch the heartbreak kid on laptop and at 12am sharp, i was boiling water *lol* super miserable and depressing! what can be worst? i do not know yet. maybe some of the worst thing is on the way. hopefully not.
what a way to start my new year? so "happy" and "bahagia". everyone was enjoying their new year celebration while i……………… sigh……….. hopefully my chinese new year is not like that. planning to skip 1 week of classes for chinese new year. lets just pray there will be no test or quiz that particular week.

going back to kl tonight and off i go to jb tomorrow morning *sob sob* in a blink of eye i have enjoy myself for more than a month. had a lot of fun for a whole month especially the precious time i spend with all my beloved friends. what have i "acccomplished" during the whole holiday? watched a few movies that i wanted to watch badly, yum cha with friends, celebrated people’s birthday, went clubbing, dyed my hair red, learnt how to play mahjong, have bbq, played ps2, window shopping, helped clean the house, changed from prepaid to postpaid, played games, watched tv and etc…….. too much till i have forgotten. i notice one thing………. i did not study my programming. i "promised" myself before but in the end i did not do it *hide* well, as usual, this is michelle tan! who else? wahahhah!
in case babi lai is reading this: HAPPY BIRHDAY! finally 20 years old! haha! happy? the youngest among us all! while you are enjoying your 20 years old, we almost reach 21 *sigh* cannot celebrate your birthday with you this time but then i am still in your heart ma *lol! if miss me can look at my photo* so ok la. anyway, have a great birthday! muacks!

well, this year is quite lonely *sob* spent my christmas day alone at home. not really alone but is with mom. we watched tv the whole night *haha* nothing special. but then at least i get to spent christmas eve with friends in greentown. if compare with ipoh garden east, greentown was way too few people. anyway, still had a hard time looking for a parking space since i am the one who is driving. the traffic jam somemore. luckily we went to greentown. i guess the traffic in ipoh garden south will be super bad. it is even impossible for car to pass by that area.
went over to patrick’s house yesterday to catch up with him. met up with wai loon and beng also. 2 years didn’t see them already. really a very long time. wai loon has gotten very fat! *haha* as usual, we talk nonsense but i do feel the gap of not seeing each other frequently. a bit of awkwardness. anyway, we promise to meet up again during chinese new year.
christmas is over and the present is still with me. aih. i guess people is just to busy to give me my present and i give him his present. when i am free, he is busy. when he is free, i am busy. is this call faith? don’t care la. i will definitely get my present one day. even wai kin also forgot to give me my pressie. always forgot to bring it out with him. i guess that pressie will have to wait till CNY since he is already back to unimap.

watched national treasure 2 yesterday morning. the movie was nice and a lot of impossible become possible. sneaking into buckingham palace and white house, kidnapping the president. what to do? movie is like this. overall the show was ok. does not waste my effort going out the day before just to buy ticket and the counter guy charged me rm8 per ticket instead of rm6 per ticket. then i have to wait the guy changed the ticket for me and get my refund. wake up early in the morning just to watched the movie. can consider myself very ‘wai tai’!
went to jj again today. accompany see mun to buy christmas gift for a "friend" *haha!* bought a watch which has 70% discount. before discount the watch was super expensive! barang sekarang memang mahal! i thought of buying one for my friend also but when i think back, he does not wear watch. so save money! just give him the cd will do *gau tim*
someone said babi is my elder sister today *OMG* never knew babi looks that old *haha* babi’s hair give the aunty some "inspiration". memang ‘gau siu’. babi’s new hair style indeed is quite special. so i cannot blame the aunty.
i guess this time no more changes. it is 100% comfirmed i am going back to kl on 30. early morning somemore! pity i! all is my brother’s fault! i am going back to jb on 30 also. so have to get back to kl before 10am that day! *dead* initially was to go back kl on 23, then changed to 27 and now 30! hebat! my brother lagi ‘hou yi si’ ask me to go out fetch at around 4am-5am on next friday! gila punya! i am still sleeping at that time! then wanna rebut kereta with me pulak because he is not driving back to ipoh this time. guess peperangan will start once he is back! anyway, now i just have to spend my last week of holiday meaningfully.

what did i do today? nothing much. just went to dye my hair red! haha! yup. R-E-D! like my hair a lot. wanted purple but it seems not so nice. brown was too common. blonde was a bit too much. so i go red! when look at certain angle, it looks purple. basically is red. according to the catalogue, it is ruby colour. is ruby red? sudah la! i see red enough. i wonder what people will say when they see my hair? most probably is normal.
just a random post out of boredom. do not mind me!
